[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Hydraulic failure in cot
We purchased a hydraulic lifting cot from Royal oak, we need to shift the house and inquired the charge for dismantling and assembling 'the quote which they quoted you will not be able to believe we can purchase another cot from ordinary showroom.
Most significant part is their customer service (people they hired for doing the carpentry work is miserable. i don't know whether the company as a royal oak is asking such huge cost to their customers?
However we shifted the house, after dismantling hydraulic is not functioning again we reached them they are asking about 4000 to change the parts by not at all visiting the cot, again for visiting they are charging 500.
I really weird that what mistake i committed " purchased a cot from Royal Oak"
For Royal Oak Mgt; Please try to reach your customers because they believe and keeping trust in you as a Brand,
If you are not able to keep the promise you will be nearing a catastrophe which will really affect your business in a bad way.
As a big company name itself have Royal in it but not in after service
I need you to repair my cot as soon as possible. i don't want to change the parts because hydraulic will also have their own guarantee period, if not then Royal Oak is not using Quality product which is again a challenge for Reliability Quotient to Royal Oak, .
Take Customer feedback positively to construct your business, else you will loose your customers. I have recommended my friends not even enter into Royal Oak if there is an offer also.
Above mentioned points are grievance from me because i unfortunately purchased from Royal Oak
