Royaloak Furniture — I have not received the order (ROY0049427) yet from Royal Oak

I have placed the order on 07th July 2020 for order number ROY0049427.

I have received the call on 10th July stating the order will be delivered on same day, but due to certain issues i requested them to deliver the order on 11th July 2020.

Since then i am trying to follow up with every contact mentioned on website, and i do not receive any information or was not able to connect with anyone.

The customer care do not respond either by Phone, Chat or Email, i have placed so many email request and nothing happened.

I have went down to extent of sending messages to CEO on FB messenger to act on my request, no response from him either (even though i didn't expect anything from him.

These are a bunch or thugs who are happy to take money but do not deliver
