Royaloak Furniture — I have ordered one computer chair but didn't get my product

I have ordered a computer chair on 1st september and it has not been delivered to me yet. I called customer care regarding the issue and they said it will be delivered by 10th sep but again it's not delivered. They're just saying to take it easy as this will be delivered but two times they've given estimation and failed to delivered. Now, i want to cancel the order and want my money back. But again you website doesn't have option to cancel the order. Wtf is this? I really have lost my patience now, when i asked for cancellation to customer care they said me to talk to the manager of kolkata and when they agree then only the order will be cancelled. Just give me my money back, you #!!! And status is showing as order received, this is not just acceptable...
