[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — I have received damaged and wrong product and one item is missing

I have purchased a dining table on 20th december, 2021 which consist of one dining table, 4 chairs & one bench.

The dining table that i received is not the one that we had seen

The chairs are not aligned properly and is broken at edges

The bench is missing from the product

yes the issue was resolved after 6 months and after facing a huge amount of harassment and tension . This is for sure that, i am not going to buy any products from royal oak furniture. The way they intrigue us into buying products from them ...but they are not good at understanding the customer's issue.They make sure that the person gets frustrated and give up. very very very bad service and products...not worth buying products from royal oak. it was my first purchase and it will be my last.The experience was inhumane.
