[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — I'm complaining about delay in delivery | |||
Hi, I ordered wardrobe on September 8, 2020 using online portal https://www.royaloakindia.com/ and order is to be delivered in 2weeks and till date there is no progress in the order and the order number is ROY0067003. It says payment successful and order received from the time I made the payment and the status is still the same. There is no customer care support person to talk too. It always prompted me to use the what's app to reach out to customer care. Unfortunately, till date there is no response on what's app. Also, sent many emails and finally got a response from customer care informing that the product will be delivered on 13th Oct, 2020. But again they missed the deadline. I also asked for cancellation too, they are not even ready to cancel the order. I'm highly disappointed with RoyalOak. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi Same case here too. I am also waiting for order for last 45 days it is still showing as order Received.
