I m writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with your service. Two weeks ago I ordered a Royaloak Aletta king size bed. According to your website, delivery would take three days to arrive, however, It's been more than 10 days after which the cot was delivered, it wasn't as I ordered, It came incomplete and parts still not been sent after raising a complaint by both customer and installer. I was told to write a letter of complaint if I had any problem, so here it is. We expect a Letter of explanation As well as full refund of money. I am sorry to say as we can't further wait for any delay in your service, so u please take your incomplete delivery and refund our money back.. We trusted u more and done our payment in online.. once the payment is done.. why are you not responding to our mails? Or calls.. please call me ..
