Royaloak Furniture — Incomplete installation since 8 days of delivery #ROY0071733

We got delivery on 9th October for order #ROY0071733 and still, no one has come for installation.
We reached out to support multiple times via email, chats and WhatsApp.
Still, there is no satisfactory effort made to resolve our issue. We requested for an escalation and the support representative abandoned us on the chat.
