[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Installation not done | |||||
This is with respect to the installation of the furniture purchased from Royal Oak, Banaswadi, Bangalore. SO No.[protected], the date of purchase 06/03/2017. The furniture was delivered on the 9th of March, 2017, however the installation which was promised on the 11th of March 2017 (confirmed by the Royal Oak call centre by Ms. Malashree and Mr. Saravanan R). However even after repeated follow ups and request for an installation from our end due to an immediate requirement, the installation has not been done as promised. This is very disappointing and unprofessional from Royal Oak where a false promise was made without any basis to follow through and make it true. We have been Royal Oak customers for the last 8 years and this has been one of our worst experiences. I guess with time service standards and customer service has deteriorated drastically. I don't think I will recommend Royal Oak to anyone else especially cause of this nasty experience of lies and falsehood. With deep regrets, Ajay Venkatesan Was this information helpful? | |||||
