Royaloak Furniture — installation of furniture is pending even after 20 days of delivery of products | |||||
Hi, I ordered products online from ROYALOAK on 13th of July, 2018 after getting confirmation from the Customer support team that they will deliver products to my location(PIN : 829206). Products were delivered to my location on 28th of July. Since then I have been chasing different people of the company to get the products installed but not getting any response from them. I have tried calling people in Bangalore, Kolkata, Ranchi based on details(Contact number) provided by ROYALOAK support team. But all of them are making excuses and not completing the installation. I tried calling the RoyalOAK Online support team several times at [protected](Maria) & [protected](Jaiprakash), but they don't pick up the phone and even if they respond once in a week, they give detail of a new person to contact which again goes in vain. I have tried sending mails as well but that also didn't help. I am attaching invoice details in the complain. Please let me know if you need any other documents.
