With reference to the above orders i had purchased furniture from your store worth rs 2, 48, 384/- the order was delivered to our address on 29th aug but a few items were missing. 1) king size cot 2) morris modular sofa 2s armless 3) luxe cool gel pillow - out of 2 only 1 was delivered When we received a call from your delivery team (Veda) we clearly let her know that the above items were not delivered. After 2 days the king size cot was delivered but items number 2 and 3 were still missing. We even mentioned it on the form that was brought by the person who came to fix the sofa. He took all the pictures and let us know that he will convey it to the relevant team on your side. From september onwards we have visited your store multiple times and received multiple assurance from the store manager and staff that the issue will be resolved but till date nothing has happened. I can only say that the whole experience of dealing with your staff and the responsiveness of your teams has been painful. For a person who put so much trust in your company and bought close to 2.5 lakhs worth of furniture is this the type of service we expect to get? Last week we went to your store and lodged a formal complaint (Attached). Request an early resolution of this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
