[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — Issue with Product Delivery!!

Hi,

My name is Nilip Dutta and I am writing this email regarding the delivery of the products which I have purchased last Sunday 31st July, 2016 from Royaloak, Bannerghatta Road.

While purchasing I have mentioned that the delivery should be after 6 PM IST and I have double confirmed that.
Today we have got a call from the Royaloak delivery team and they told that they are going to deliver those products tomorrow. And we asked them to come after 5:30 PM IST or else come today (3rd August) any time [as fortunately some will be available at home today all day]. We have received that call @ +[protected] and from +[protected]. They told they do not have any vehicles available today [which I can understand] but said it’s not possible to deliver tomorrow after 5:30 PM IST. Also they have told if we can arrange vehicle then they can deliver [that’s an unexpected ask].

Anyway, after that I have called the customer care @ [protected] but did not get any response but at the same time my wife also trying to call and luckily got the call connected. But they said, take a leave and be at home to receive the products. First of all is this the way to ask or is this something they can ask. And just to receive the product we need to take a leave [where we was informed that it can be done after 6 PM IST] and that too in one day notice. Is this logical ask? So if we keep purchasing things, all time I need to take a leave and be at home just for that. And that is because the Vendor cannot confirm their date and time of delivery. Also the customer care agent said to escalate if we want and given the email id.

And then after multiple try to call Royaloak, Banerghatta Road office [from where we have purchased] @[protected], I have got connected and after hearing the situation, without giving any solution and confirmed date they have suddenly disconnected the call and followed by that I have tried to reconnect for couple of times and I have got busy tone.
And When I got connected to customer care number then they said the concerned person/team went for lunch and call me back in 1 hour and its 2 hours since then and no update yet.

I am thinking about the service before the product got delivered, so wondering how it will be after delivery, during warranty period.

Expecting some fruitful solution!!
