[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — item not delivered | |
Hi, I have placed 1order in royaloak website on 7th sep, 2019. Till today the item is not delivered. My order number roy0021029. I called customer care many times. They will simply connect the call to online team. But nobody will pick up the call. If by chance they pickup also they tell will get back to half an hour. But nobody call you back. I sent many emails to online team and customer care. But didn't get response from them. Really pathetic customer service. Can anybody please look into the matter and deliver my item asap.
