Royaloak Furniture — Item or refund not received | |
I placed order # ROY0054239 on 26th July 2020, I still haven't received table, in website they have described products will be delivered within 5-7 days and installation will be done within 72hrs, and nothing is done as per that. I have been calling customer care team and sent email many times but no one have responded me with proper resolution some times the team will be very rude in responding, it's been 30 days but Royaloak team is least bothered with customer issues, this is very ridiculous. Please help me in getting refund, I'm really tired with royaloak Was this information helpful? | |
