Bought a lot of furniture for my new place last year. There was a lot of delay in delivery ( had to wait for months ) and also there were pieces missing in the delivery. We ignored it thinking might be because of increased demand.
However, after paying the money, these people are not that "customer friendly" as they seem before you pay the money. They say the product will be delivered on certain date, but later it will be you who will be running behind them begging them if any issues or delay on the delivery.
Anyways, after sometime, we found an issue with this Julay that we bought from here. The welding gave up and the entire structure holding julay bent and it is in a state where it cannot be used. We complained and raised a request to customer service. They didn't revert and also delayed till warranty period was met. Then reported saying the warranty period has completed and they will be charging for any replacements / repair.
So, please do think twice before buying anything from this chain of furniture seller. Was this information helpful? |
