I have ordered a lara recliner on 21st march which got delivered and installed on 25th march. Then we found the recliner was defective and we send a mail with the photo to the customer care and also inform them through call. Their engineer came to my house for inspection and after that they told us it will be replaced with another one. But it's been 12days nobody is taking any action. Even their customer care team and store manager are making false promises by extending the days. I wrote a complaint on twitter still no response. Please help me on this coz I dont know whom should I reach.
