I had received the manufacturing defect of Dinning Table on 24/12/2021 under the Sale Order: SO[protected]. From that day onwards I am following up to replace the table but did not happen till today. Everyday I am following up with Customer Care(Complaint ID: RIPL-13560) but there is no answer. Always getting the answer "service manager is talking with others and will call you in sometime". Till today I did not receive a single call from them. I connected with the Sarjapur Road Branch Manager(Udaya - [protected]) also, per him it should be replaced. But till today it is not happened.
One of the technician came to my place with a leg, which was joint in between and also different colour and forcing me to change the same. There is no joint in the legs of the table which is delivered, but now they are saying they can't give single pc of leg.
I was not expecting this type of worst experience from RoyalOak. They don't care the customer after money fall into their account. After that you will get all the defect product and your follow up will start from that day.
They don't have respect to the value for the money.
I am not at all happy with RoyalOak, either they replace with the new table or cancel the order and return my money back.
