[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — My Product not delivered

I have ordered product online on 3rd July. Track order showed delivery by 24th July. The product is not delivered yet. There are no updates from the seller. I have been contacting customer care since this Monday and everyday I get the same answer "We will update you ASAP but they don't get back to me." How long should I wait? I want an immediate reply!
