[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — no delivery after purchase and not even responding to emails

I ordered a computer table on 15th may, 2020 from https://www.royaloakindia.com/ and till now the order status hasn't change from order received. It is supposed to be delivered by 30th may. I have written 7 mails to customer care, their online team online, and ems team but they haven't responded me yet and not telling me where is my order or confirming that they have cancelled the order. Oct 04, 2021 Updated by rai812 I got my refund after continuously calling them and posting about it on FB. Now after almost a year, someone reached out to me for updating this complaint. My complaint is resolved so please close this.
