I have made online purchase of a TV unit after checking the availability of delivery in their website which showed that the delivery is possible. The order number is [protected] and purchase was made on 28/02/2017 with online payment option (I used credit card). A week later when I talk to their customer care, they mentioned deliver was not possible to the mentioned location and refund would be made to the account in 7-10 days. I went back to them after 26/03/2017 as I haven't received my refund, they mentioned that there was an issue with payment gateway and they asked me to share my bank account details which I shared on the same day. But I have not received my refund till date. Now they don't respond to emails.
