Placed order for two furniture 2 months back... One delivered not installed despite repeated request... Other not delivered... Promised me refund month back and took cancelled cheques... Now they r saying we hv to buy something other as we dont hv policy of refund... Now they r saying we cant do anything... Customer showing inability to help... Wrote to customer care month back and with reminders but no response yet
