[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — no delivery or cancellation/refund

Hi, i have placed online order for 2 furniture items with the following order reference:
1. Roy0031551 (Shoe rack, 3 door)
2. Roy[protected] seater sofa)

I have not yet received any item above. There is no response to multiple customer support email that i have sent. No one is picking customer care calls that i have made 100s of times. I want to cancel the order and get the refund of the amount if it is not delivered immediately.
