Royaloak Furniture — no delivery or update on order number : roy0038031

I am still awaiting the delivery of my order number: roy0038031. I have already made the payment. The delivery date was 10th june 2020 post which i am trying to continuously connect with chat support, email support, call support but none of the support team is responding or providing me any update on my product. I have sent more that 10 follow up emails & chats. I even tried connecting on call which never gets connected & tried reaching on instagram also but still no update. Now i don't know what to do except regretting wasting money.
