Royaloak Furniture — No refund after 4 months | |||
We have ordered a tv unit from Royal Oak Velachery on 28th November 2020 . Initially the product was promised to be delivered in 10 days but did not get the product even after 1 month. When enquired they said the product was damaged and hence not delivered. And they were looking for the product to come into stock. Since we could not wait any further we requested for cancellation and refund. It has been more than 4 months since we made the order and 3 months since we requested for refund. No refund has been processed till now. I have been to the store 3 times and multiple calls to the store and multiple calls and emails to the customer care and no proper response. Recently for past one month the store has been saying that refund has been processed and I will get the amount ASAP. But it has been a month and no refund got credited. When I contacted customer care they said they did not receive documents from store (this was the same update they gave when I called them 2 months back), The store has been deliberately lying to us and there is no communication between the store and customer care. I paid the money upfront, spent a lot of time and effort and the royal oak customer care and store employees both have been very disrespectful and does not value the customer. They dont even treat us like humans. They dont respond to calls / texts and only when I visit them in the store I get some bogus response just to send me back. Atleast they could be upfront about cheating and I would console myself that I donated money to them. Really ridiculous people and company. Was this information helpful? | |||
