[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — No refund after product cancellation

I ordered office chair online through there company website on 30th of september, and immediately engaged customer support team to have my order cancelled on the same day, its been 12 days and no one from the support team is providing status of my cancellation request and refund details. I tried contacting them through there email id/whatsapp/online chat and no response. I think this is a big scam and they are cheating people with online fraud. Order ID ROY0072558
