I have purchased an L shaped sofa from Royaloak. Within a few days we started observing sagging in one of the sofa seats. I raised a compliant with Royaloak customer care and got a technician visit from them after few follow ups. The technician confirmed us that this issue is eligible for replacement since the sofa is new and the sofa has manufacturing defect.
