[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — no response for more than 45 days after placing order

I ordered computer table in july 2020 using online portal https://www.royaloakindia.com/ and order is to be delivered on july 28th and till date there is no progress in the order, its says payment successful and order received. After repeated calls to customer care and whatsapp chat i was lucky to talk to a customer care executive who said they will deliver by aug 24, but again they missed the date, so still trying to connect with them repeatedly via customer care number and whatsapp chat but still no response.

After complaining here, i got my product delivered and installed in a week.
