Royaloak Furniture — No response from company to service damaged Product

Address:Royaloak furniture, near ITC factory,new airport road, banglore Karnataka 562157

I bought a recliner worth Rs 38, 000/- from Royal oak, new airport road showroom .
After 7 months it got damaged, even though warranty is for 1 year the company is not responding do the complaint i raised regarding the damaged Product.

When I directly visited the store, they told me they would rectify the issue within next 2 days.but it's been more than 2 weeks and they haven't responded and not even picking the phone.
