Royaloak Furniture — No response on delivery for order | |||
I have placed my order on Royal oak website on 10th May with Order No ROY0033811 and Payment Type : Online Reference Number : 5eb7ed2b2e269 but and as per the delivery date the furniture should have been delivered by 13th May. But till date 17th May, 2020 the furniture is not yet delivered and no response from online team as well. Was this information helpful? | |||

May 17, 2020 Updated by Dharmanshu Johar I tried to reach Shilpa on +[protected] and Vignesh +[protected] and both of them are not responding to the calls since 4 days I have written a lot of mails to [protected]@royaloakindia.com but all I have got a reply from Mohammed asking the online team to update on the request which has not happened since last 4 days. Will there be the delivery of my order of shall I go ahead and raise the complaint in consumer forum for forgery. | |||
