Royaloak Furniture — no trace of order, no updates, no delivery | |||
I ordered a product (Royaloak berry office chair with steel chrome finish) costing ~9k from royaloak furniture on 30 june, 2020. The expected delivery date was 4th june, 2020. The order was not delivered. Also, there is no update on the order. They are not replying to my emails. And not responding to my phone calls. I've written to [protected]@royaloakindia.com, [protected]@royaloakindia.com and [protected]@royaloakindia.com. I've been continuously calling on their customer care number [protected] and the delivery executive [protected]. My calls go unanswered. I even posted on linkedin, https://www.linkedin.com/posts/vikulaggarwal_royaloakfraud-scams-scamalert-activ...⇄ There has been no update on my order and i think i have been scammed.
