Royaloak Furniture — non delivery of coffee table | |||||
I had purchased Glass coffee table on 2nd Sept'18 online from royal oak website and payment was immediately made on the same. The item was supposed to be delivered on 5th Sept but nothing has been delivered till date i.e. 19th Sept. After waiting for 10 days and no response, i had requested the customer care team of royal oak to cancel the order and refund my money on 15th Sept. No action has been taken so far. The cost of the table was INR 4, 990. Requesting the customer complaint forum to help me resolve the same and get my money refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
