Royaloak Furniture — non delivery of dining table 6 seaters order no roy00027954

I have ordered dining table 6 seaters on 11.1.2020. Expected date of delivery was 26.1.2020. But still i have not received it. My order no is roy00027954. I called to customer care of royaloak furniture but they are not clearly saying that order is shipped or not. It appears that i am cheated by them. Since i have already paid an amt online to them. Please resolve my problem.
