[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — non delivery of furniture ordered online | |||
Have ordered three items of furniture worth rs 66, 900 on 29th august 2019 - order no. Roy0020587. Full payment has already been made online through netbanking and payment confirmation has been recieved. Delivery was scheduled for 1st september 2019. No update as yet as of 14th september 2019 and company does not reposond to support messages or answer the support helpline number. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue by delivering the ordered products immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 24, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I managed to contact the online orders team by sending an email to [email protected]. I recieved a call back and the items were delivered the next day. RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
