Royaloak Furniture — Non delivery of item after 100% payment | |||
An online order (Royo 035066) for a chair was placed on royaloak by my son, srijak sengupta on may 16, 2020 by making 100% advance payment of rs. 4, 740, with a confirmed delivery data of may 20, 2020. The order was confirmed by the organization. Although more than 6 weeks have passed since the order was placed and payment made, the item has neither been delivered till date, nor any refund of the collected amount made by royaloak, in spite of our repeated follow up calls and mails with their customer care. Every time we spoke with their customer care persons, they agreed to make arrangement to process the refund within next 24 hours, as the item was not available. However, no action has been initiated by them and they have stopped responding to our follow up calls & mails now. We are extremely disappointed at their complete lack of business ethics and continued indifference towards customer service, besides suffering financial loss and inconvenience and mental stress.
