[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — Non Delivery of Products

This complaint is about non delivery of online purchased item on Royal Oak Online order number #ROY00122809 . Promised delivery date was by 24th August at max .
Now day by day it is getting extended . Starting from 24th August moving the date to 26th then 27th then 28th then 30th and today someone from customer care responded with 31st.
It is very much disappointment that Company is not cancelling the order and simply delaying after payment. Need help in resolving the issue.

Customer support team is not at all co-operative and providing false information .
If company is not able to deliver, Please cancel and refund my money so that I can purchase somewhere else.

Some one from Royaloak online looked into this issue and the product is delivered . Company should look into the online order processing part and Customer support with related right information.
