Royaloak Furniture — Non-Delivery of Purchased Goods | |||
It's been over 30 days that we had ordered a dining table from royal oak by doing a full payment online. Since the day of the booking till today, we have not received any communication on when the product will be delivered or why there is a delay. The customer care executives always say that they will call back in next 30 mins but they never. Their whatsapp number always shows you the repeated message on getting back to us in 24 hrs which they never really do. This kind of customer service is one of its kind and unheard of. They simply do not respond. We at this point don't even know if they are going to deliver the product or not. Need this complaint to be looked at and responded to. Was this information helpful? | |||
