Hi ordered a study table and a chair on 18th july made a payment through zest emi. The order is just reflecting as order received.
When called customer care they ask me share agreement copy and all other evidences for this order. I was promised by the customer care there accounting team will create order but till date nothing had moved an inch.
I am not allowed to cancel the order too as no one is interested to receive call resolve issue.
Kindly communicate this to royal okay team for closure.
Im planning to apply through consumer court if i don't receive any response from them
