[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — Not giving refund

Hi Team,

I have ordered furniture from the Royal Oak website on 23-March-2021 with order: ROY0097429 and requested for cancellation on the same day as I no longer require the product. My order value is 16490/- INR.

It has been more than 2 months now I haven't received my refund, despite following up on daily basis.
