All the employees of Bannerghatta showroom are cheats Mohan is basically a goon who says do what you want we can't help you or won't help you. Murali, prasad act like they are busier than the pm but they are busy giving reasons. 4 tech visits and still they can't fix the problem and they can't own that they gave a faulty product. Instead of doing that they say this.

no responsible person in the company to give an update on the order Order # ROY0073861
Placed on Wed, 07 Oct 2020. After sales service is important but this shows us the people how they are working and the company standards.

Not yet all happy how the people response and the contact numbers in online no one will answer the call may be this is my last order with royaloa kcompany.
