About two weeks ago, I ordered an office chair and the same was delivered within 4-5 days. Installation happened the next day. When the installation guy opened the box to check all parts are in the box and found one of the armrest was missing. I have been trying to reach out to customer care since then and the number never connected.
I have reached out to few contacts in Hyderabad and they took more than a week and told that the stock is not available and should be delivered from Bangalore. This is one of the worst experiences I have had in my lifetime.
The only option I have is to file a suit in consumer forum and I will be filing in next 2 days if I didn’t get any positive response.
