Dear Team, My name is Murtuza Zakiuddin. I am a regular customer of Royal Oak for last few years. Recently on 30 Aug 2020, I have bought a Office Chair costing Rs 9, 991 from Bangalore Banneghatta Road Showroom with order no [protected]. Customer code RMS290179. The office chair back cloth mesh is tearing off from the corner within 3 weeks o[censored]sage. Please see the pic attached.
