[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Office Chair main part missing(delivered) and installation is pending since 12-Oct | |||
We purchased office chair on 12-Oct having invoice number SI[protected] and order number SO[protected]. The chair package was delivered on 14th Oct and they asked me that installation team will come in evening and will install it but nobody came. We waited for next day also but nobody came. Finally the installation team came on 16th oct and they found that main part of the chair (base) is missing. Then they told that they will install it next day i.e. 17th Oct. But even after multiple calls to their office/escalation manager, nobody visited yet with the missing part to install the chair. Company: Royaloak Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. Oct 22, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After mammoth follow-up with all the different teams, they send their technician to install the chair.
It was worst experience with Royaloak furniture.
