Royaloak Furniture — online order completely messed up - pathetic customer service | |||
Order - 004167 Royal Oak = Day light robbery ! I placed an online order on 7th Apr for a coat stand and the confirmation mail stated the product will be delivered on 11th. The customer service is totally non responsive and irresponsible. They kept stating that I have to reach out to the online team - all mobile numbers and none of the calls get picked. No responses to e-mail as well. Frustrated I sent a mail to cancel the order which has been promptly done but the money has not been refunded I plan to lodge an FIR and lodge a case with the consumer court if not resolved in 48 hrs Was this information helpful? | |||
