Dear sir/madam,

Below are my order details which was placed on 03/11/18 at berlyn oak shop located at banaswadi ring road, bangalore.

Order no: [protected] - audi king bed without storage (Quantity - 1)
Order no: [protected] - lorell computer chair (Quantity - 2)

Due to poor response and irresponsibility of employees from shop regarding delivery and also we don't have much time to wait, we would like to cancel these orders and get the refund amount to the below account.

Updated by Chithra_1991 I have already made payment of 37000 and wrote a mail to the shop as well.
But response is literally very poor .

This may be my last try before giving written complaint in police station.
