Royaloak Furniture — order confirmed however no update on delivery | |
Orde number : roy0035013 I ordered a chair from royal oak since the delivery was sooner than others. I received a confirmation that it will be delivered by 19th may however the chair is not yet delivered or any update from royal oak, the response from customer service is also unsatisfactory. The customer service team doesn’t have any clue about the order, they say that the order is confirmed and they will check with the shipping team. As on may 24, i have no clue on my order.
