[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — order id - roy0038428 office chair | |
I have ordered an office chair on 28th may 2020 which had a delivery date of 1st june and installation date of 2nd june as per the email confirmation i received immediately after purchasing and paying the total amount of inr 10991.50/- upfront while booking it online. However till date i have not received the product. The customer helpline number is always busy or keeps me on hold and and i'm not able to get thru an appropriate response from the team. This has been a really bad experience from royaloak india and i'm not going to buy anything from them in the future or recommend them to anyone in my social circle. Their online chat response is also pathetic and i feel i have been cheated. Please help me to get the product or refund of my amount paid to them. Sep 24, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved this complaint has been resolved as Royal Oak has refunded the amount I paid to them after I escalated this to the store manager. RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
