I had ordered a dinning table on 29th may 2020. It was for an emergency and i was still thinking should i do a online purchase. I received a call from them and assured me that the delivery would be in 5 business days and asked me to go ahead. I assumed they were prompt (As they called me till i made my payment) and went ahead. I received just one sms confirmation.
Post that its been almost 15 days and zilch communication from their end. Emails go unanswered. Someone responds asking the online team to respond, but no further inputs. I was unable to reach them on phone as well and once in bluemoon someone picks my call and as soon as i say my order no, they put me on hold and pretend as though they are unable to hear me.
Such a well trained cheats they are! There are no escalation email id and wonder how they call themselves as international brand.
I stopped following up! I am yet awaiting a response & delivery!! Was this information helpful? |
