[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — Order not delivered nor return amount

My orderno. roy0071613 on 26th sep 2020 paid amnt online in full, regular reminders and complaints, but noteven single response from royaloak, fedup with them asking them to cancell the order and return the money, but no response, complained in this desk three four times, but no use, so finally decided to approach consumer court
