Royaloak Furniture — order not shipped/delivered and no cancellation option and no refund option

I need a refund for my order of coffee table because it is not delivered in specified time. Tried contacting customer care but no response. Please just refund my amount. As this is a open website please contact me over email: [protected]@protonmail.com for the order details. The order is placed on 4th june 2020 and the promised delivery date is 16th june 2020.
