Ordered on 10th October and not yet delivered the product. No proper customer care. After countless email chat follow up I got hold of a number [protected], this guy is now telling he will not deliver the product and I need to pay for the delivery charges to get the order delivered. What is happening ? After paying nearly 11k you want me to pay for delivery? Its nearly 20 days and no delivery yet. Please at least refund my money.
