Order number or Transaction ID #[protected] dated 31 Dec'2023 had two items - a 3 door Malaysian Sepang shoerack and a side table. These were ordered on the online store.
Side table delivery date was 6 Jan'2024 per company message and shoe rack delivery was 15 Jan 2024.
Neither the sales person nor the company's online store has provided an update or when i try tracking using track order in the website nothing comes up. I have also sent in written complaints and yet to receive a status update. I am worried that they will neither service the order or cancel the order. Now there is only silence from the company.
